Ahlem Mahroua

Ahlem Mahroua is a Growth Architect and the founder of nova*, a strategic consultancy that helps funded founders and education leaders build predictable, scalable commercial engines.

She brings over 20 years of experience in tech and education, including her role as Chief Marketing Officer at Quest Education Group, where she architected the growth system that scaled the business from €105K to €13M ARR in just four years. Prior to that, Ahlem worked at Google on global partnerships, gaining first-hand insight into how world-class products scale across markets.

Since then, she has advised 270+ founders across Europe and the Middle East, helping them navigate the critical "Valley of Death" between Seed and Series A. Ahlem is known for her unconventional, systems-first methodology. She doesn’t just "run ads"; she builds the entire infrastructure from positioning and lead generation to CRM architecture and sales team performance. She is the person decision-makers call when marketing feels chaotic, customer acquisition costs are rising, or growth has stalled.

Based in the UAE, she now partners with Accelerators, early-stage startups and hyper-growth scale-ups to fix their revenue leaks and build the foundations for their next stage of growth.
